As the months are getting warmer it’s time to take our cooking outside and fire up the grill.
Try this spin off of a grilled chicken that cooks on the grill but in a pan. The chicken is super juicy and the veggies cooked to perfection.
Chicken Thighs with Lemon & Olives
- Preheat grill to 450 degrees and coat bottom of a medium aluminum pan with olive oil
- Add chicken thighs and then layer everything else on top. Watch video and be creative.
- Cover with aluminum foil and put on the grill for 25 min. Check chicken to be sure it’s cooked
