These brownies taste so yummy. They are perfect for any dinner party or celebration.
Flourless Chocolate Brownies
Serving Size: 1 (You'll want them all to yourself 🙂
Ingredients
2 1/2 C dark chocolate chips (60-70% cocoa) or raw carob powder
2 C garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
4 organic eggs
2/3 C raw honey
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Melt chips in a double boiler (or a glass bowl sitting inside pan with water).
In a blender or food processor, mix garbanzo beans and eggs, adding eggs one at a time.
Add honey, vanilla, baking powder and 1 1/2 C chocolate chips.
Process until smooth.
Stir in remaining 1/2 C chocolate chips and process until smooth.
Pour batter into a 9 inch non-stick pain.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
Allow to cool completely.
Melt 1/2 C chocolate chips to drizzle on top of baked brownies or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cut and serve.
