Try this Tabata Workout I recorded LIVE on FB with my fiancé Gary. (he is a trouper!)

Tabata is a high-intensity interval training that consists of fast-paced exercises performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. It’s definitely a challenge but it will help you burn fat afterwards because of EPOC -Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption

Usually there are 8 sets broken into two groups. But first we warm up!

Warm-up: Jog/plank/jumping jacks

Tabata Set 1.
Squat to punch
Push-ups
Goblet Squat w/dumbbell
Bicycles


Tabata Set 2.
Goblet Lunges
Plank Taps
Power Squats or Jump Squats
Mountain Climbers
